ISLAMABAD, Nov 05 (SABAH): The wife of renowned Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Muhammad Yasin Malik and Chairperson Peace and Culture Organization, Mushaal Hussein Mullick has said “It’s been five days since my husband Mohammad Yasin Malik started his hunger strike”.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Mushaal Mullick said that Mohammad Yasin Malik is not even being given medicines. Mushaal Mullick said that we have no information about his health.
Mushaal Mullick said that we have also issued a letter from our side, adding that the Kashmiri leaders are being killed.
Mushaal Mullick said that her 12 years old daughter Raziyah Sultana has also written a letter to the UN Secretary-General.
Mushaal Mullick said that we come to the UN office daily and submit memorandums regarding the oppression of Kashmiris,” says Mushaal Hussein Mullick. Mushaal Mullick said that we condemn the attitude adopted at the UN office.
Mushaal Mullick said that my husband is on the verge of death, yet he is still being oppressed, adding that we also have rights; separate rules have been made for Kashmiris. Mushaal Mullick said that we are not weak; we will continue to raise our voice for the freedom of Kashmiris. “I feel as if I am in India,” Mushaal Mullick said.
