Silence of the Muslim rulers & the OIC on Israeli brutality & massacres in Palestine is extremely sad: Lord Nazir Ahmed

ISLAMABAD, Oct 21 (SABAH): Lord Nazir Ahmed, a former member of the British House of Lords and a fearless spokesman for Kashmir and Palestine, has said that the silence of the Muslim rulers and the OIC on Israeli brutality and massacres in Palestine is extremely sad. Peace and harmony in the world is not possible without the freedom of Kashmir and Palestine. The United Nations must ensure the implementation of its resolutions and use its influence for a cease-fire in Gaza, otherwise World War III is looming.

Lord Nazir Ahmed was talking to Kashmiri intellectual and president of think tank Institute of Peace and Development INSPAD Dr. Muhammad Tahir Tabassum here on Monday. Lord Nazir Ahmad said that the world conditions are getting worse day by day, justice and cruelty cannot burn together. He further said that this is the opportunity for Muslim countries to unite and make an effective strategy to resolve the conflicts of Palestine and Kashmir. He said that INSPAD is playing a vital role for the cause of Kashmir and peace, religious harmony and dialogue since decade, which is admirable.

The President of INSPAD appreciated the services of Lord Nazir which he has been rendering for a long time for the solution of the problems of the Muslim Ummah and for the unity of the Muslim rulers and for the effective interpretation of the long-standing conflicts of Kashmir and Palestine. Dr Tahir Tabassum requested Lord Nazir to patronize and guide the INSPAD team as his experience and observation is much more than ours and they want to benefit from it.
