After completion of election, names of provincial Emirs of Jamaat-e-Islami announced

LAHORE, Oct 8 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has appointed the provincial Emirs of the Jamaat-e-Islami in the light of the opinions and consultation of the members of the Jamaat-e-Islami. According to the constitution of Jamaat-e-Islami, the term of the provincial Emirs will be three years. The appointments of provincial Emirs have been made from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027.

According to the details, Muhammad Javed Kasuri has been appointed as the Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Central Punjab, Rao Muhammad Zafar as Jamaat-e-Islami South Punjab and Dr. Tariq Saleem as the Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab North.

Maulana Hidayat Rehman Baloch has been appointed as the Emir of Balochistan province, Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Khan as the Emir of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, while Kashif Saeed Sheikh has been appointed as the Emir of Sindh province.

It should be remembered that the members of Jamaat-e-Islami elect all levels of leadership according to the constitution of the Jamaat-e-Islami. More than 46,000 members of Jamaat-e-Islami exercised their right to vote in the elections, in which almost 7,000 women members had the right to vote.
