Israeli atrocities have gone too far, Muslim Ummah must be united without Shia-Sunni discrimination: Ameerul Azim


LAHORE, Oct 7 (SABAH): Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Ameerul Azim and Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore South, Azhar Bilal while addressing the rallies held on Monday at various places in Lahore to express solidarity with Palestine and against Israeli atrocities, said that Israeli atrocities have gone too far. He said that Israel is the biggest terrorist in the world which is not ready to obey the laws of war.

Ameerul Azim said no one including hospitals, schools, children, elderly and women are safe from its attacks. The United States is fully supporting it, he said and added we demand our government that a summit of Islamic countries be called on Palestine.

World is on the brink of a world war and Iran is being dragged into this war and Lebanon has also been attacked, he said and added all this is actually a plan to push the Muslim countries into a world war. He said that the Muslim Ummah should be united without Shia-Sunni discrimination.

He said Israel’s missiles are falling on Lebanon without distinction between Shia and Sunni and this war will engulf everyone, so now is the time to move forward together and Muslim rulers should play their part to unite everyone. A large number of school children, men and women participated in the rallies. On this occasion, a special prayer was also offered for the freedom of Palestine and martyrs.
