Entire nation salutes sacrifices of police force in the fight against terrorism: PM Shehbaz

LONDON/ISLAMABAD, Sep 22 (SABAH): Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a police mobile in the Malam Jabba area of Swat district.

In a statement issued on Sunday, PM Shehbaz Sharif prayed for a higher status in heaven for the police personnel martyred in the attack, and extended his condolences to the bereaved family.

The Prime Minister also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured personnel and directed that they be provided with all possible medical assistance.

PM Shehbaz Sharif said the entire nation salutes the sacrifices of the police force in the fight against terrorism. He said such cowardly acts cannot shake our resolve to completely eradicate terrorism.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister also strongly condemned the shooting of Anti-Terrorism Force personnel in Zhob.

In a statement on Sunday, he prayed for higher status in heaven for the martyred personnel and expressed his condolences to their families.

The Prime Minister said the entire nation salutes the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the fight against terrorism. He also expressed the nation’s determination to root out the menace of terrorism from the country.
