Rights Caravan to be taken out on Sunday: Hafiz Naeemur Rehman

KARACHI, Mar 17 (SABAH): Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that the JI will be taking out the Karachi Rights Caravan on Sunday as it is focused for the rights of masses even in the time of dirty politics in political arena.

The JI leader expressed these views on Thursday in a video message. He further said that the no confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan brought a storm in the national politics and the media was also highlighting it but the real question was yet to be answered.

He added that the no-confidence motion was irrelevant for masses because it has nothing to do with the basic issues of masses.

Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that only the JI has been raising voice for basic rights of 30 million people. He maintained that the masses have significantly shifted their focus from other parties to the JI after the Karachi Rights Movement. In the next phase of the movement, the JI has decided to take out the Karachi Rights Movement from the mausoleum of Quaiz-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to Super Market Liaquatabad.

He appealed the families to participate in the Karachi Rights Movement. Camps would be erected in the route of the caravan.

The JI leader directed the party workers to launch a massive campaign to bring in the people of Karachi into the march.  He also directed them to share the words on the social media as well.

The JI leader was of the view that both the PTI and the parties bringing in no-confidence motion against the premier were equally useless when it comes to the betterment of the masses.
