Problem of rulers is to extend the tenure of judges & generals: Hafiz Naeemur Rehman
SIALKOT, Sep 15 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that the problem of rulers is to extend the tenure of judges and generals. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami did not give extension to Bajwa, adding there is a need for a united and organized struggle against this class. He said the country needs peace, democratic freedom, cheap electricity and a strong economy. He said the given time period of the Rawalpindi agreement is about to expire. “I will announce the next plan of action soon. I ask businessmen, farmers, students, youth and mothers and sisters to become members of Jamaat-e-Islami and support us in liberating Pakistan from oppressive elites,” he noted.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman expressed these views while addressing the workers on the occasion of the inauguration of the membership camp in Sialkot. Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab Central Javed Kasuri and Emir JI Sialkot Chaudhry Imtiaz Briar were also present on the occasion.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that more than the defense budget is being spent on IPPs, the rulers are increasing their royal expenses, they are not taxing the feudal lords and they are not reducing their privileges. “I want to say clearly, we do not want charity, every citizen of Pakistan wants peace, development, health and education. For years, a certain class has imposed on the country and under their rule, Pakistan went towards degradation instead of development. The people are responsible for unrest, it create inspire people to quarrel against each other and destabilizes the country by acting as instruments of external forces,” he noted.
He further said, “It is rulers who made Pakistan a haven for foreign agencies, people must unite to get rid of this group. At present the industrialists and traders of big cities including Sialkot and Faisalabad are worried, they want to transfer capital, the country is being ruled by dacoits, the solution to these problems is struggle. Sitting down or leaving the country is not an appropriate course of action.”
He said that Allah Almighty blessed Pakistan with all the blessings, adding the biggest blessing is the youth who are more than 65% of the population, Jamaat-e-Islami is the best platform for the youth.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that Jamaat-e-Islami started a peaceful national resistance movement with a national agenda, adding the membership drive is going on in this regard, after that they will form public committees and the second phase of the Haq Do Movement will begin.
