Youth is Pakistan’s biggest & most valuable asset & we will not let it go waste: COAS Syed Asim Munir
ISLAMABAD, August 21 (SABAH): Addressing the National Youth Convention, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir said strong bond among people, the government and the armed forces of Pakistan guarantees its security and development.
COAS Syed Asim Munir said sparkle in the eyes of our youth strengthens our belief that Pakistan’s future is in safe hands. Quoting a verse from the Holy Quran, Army Chief said as Muslims we are forbidden to lose hope.
He said it is responsibility of state to keep public away from negative implications of social media. COAS General Syed Asim Munir vowed that youth is Pakistan’s biggest and most valuable asset and we will not let it go waste.
Highlighting the importance of an independent homeland, he said if you want to know the importance of a free state, ask the people of Occupied Kashmir and Gaza.
Later, Army Chief also had a question answer session with youth during which he responded to their queries. He expressed unwavering belief that Allah will grant us victory against terrorism.
