PM Imran Khan tasks Governor Sindh Imran Ismail to contact Jahangir Tareen, Aleem Khan

ISLAMABAD, Mar 07 (SABAH): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday tasked Governor Sindh Imran Ismail to contact estranged Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sardar Jahangir Khan Tareen and former Punjab senior minister Abdul Aleem Khan.

According to media reports, PM Imran Khan chaired meeting of PTI’s Core Committee amid changing political situation of the country. PM’s Advisor on Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Zaheeruddin Babar Awan briefed the meeting about the legal matters.

On the occasion, PM Imran Khan said that agenda of ‘thieves’ will fail and the democratic government is not in any danger. Those who are afraid of cases against them cannot bring revolution in the country with looted wealth.

The premier also directed to finalize bill for creation of South Punjab province and table it in parliament as soon as possible.
