Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Debating Club inaugurated
RAWALPINDI, July 8 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Debating Club has been inaugurated. Central Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri, Vice President Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Mangat, Bushra Nadeem, Ahmed Rafi Alam, Ahmed Umar Shoaib, university students, officials, heads of debating societies and well-known personalities participated in the launching ceremony.
Addressing the participants of the event, Dr. Mushtaq Mangat said that Alkhidmat Debating Club will be an important forum for the youth to end social and class discrimination, solve problems through dialogue and cooperation, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as relationship with every class. The club aims to bridge the class gap and provide opportunities to everyone on the basis of equality, with a focus on building confidence and critical thinking among its members.
Syed Waqas Jafari said that changing society with the power of words is a sign of civilized nations. Alkhidmat Debating Club will provide an environment to the community through which the common youth, children from Aghosh and Art and Child Protection Centers can participate. They will use their knowledge and develop their skills to tackle social, national and international issues.
