Blood of Kashmiri martyrs will continue to fuel the freedom struggle against Indian occupation: Syed Salahuddin Ahmed
MUZAFFARABAD, July 7 (SABAH): Emir Hizbul Mujahideen and Chairman United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has said that the Indian rulers should read the inscription on the wall and know that the holy blood of Burhan Muzaffar Wani and his associates is the most valuable asset of Kashmir freedom movement.
Martyrs like Burhan Muzaffar Wani, who has a legendary reputation and who teased the enemy for years, offered their precious lives for the future of Kashmiri generations. He said these sacrifices will be faithful in all circumstances. These sacrifices are duty and debt for every person including mother, sister and daughter.
These views were expressed by Emir Hizbul Mujahideen and Chairman United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin Ahmad in connection with the 8th Martyrdom Day of Burhan Muzaffar Wani and his two companions.
Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that millions of martyrs, including Burhan Wani, sacrificed their lives in the great and eternal struggle which the people of Kashmir have neither forgotten these sacrifices nor are they ready to give up the mission of the martyrs. He said that India has made history by using worst tactics of oppression, but nothing could be achieved except failure and humiliation. Can the Kashmiri people turn away from the struggle even after such great sacrifices? This is not possible, he remarked.
He said that the martyrs of the ongoing freedom movement to end illegal occupation of India in occupied Jammu and Kashmir are a symbol of the resistance of the Kashmiri people. He said the blood of Kashmiri martyrs will continue to fuel the freedom struggle against Indian occupation, adding that the best way to pay homage to the Kashmiri martyrs is to fight together against the forced Indian occupation. He said the people of Kashmir will never forget the sacrifices of their martyrs, adding preferring death over slavery is the message of the Kashmiri martyrs for India.
