Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust also reaches out to hearing-impaired citizens, distributing rations to hearing-impaired families
LAHORE, June 9 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust also reached out to hearing impaired citizens and it distributed ration among hearing impaired families.
The ration pack included flour, sugar, rice, ghee, pulses, etc. In the event, Saima Shabbir, President of Alkhidmat Women Trust Lahore, Zarafshan Farheen, General Manager of Alkhidmat Trust and Uzma Muhammad Ali In-charge Community Services participated and distributed ration among hearing impaired families. Deaf Welfare Foundation also supported.
Zarafshan Farheen introduced Alkhidmat Trust and assured all possible support from Alkhidmat Trust for hearing impaired people. Speaking at the ceremony, Saima Shabbir said that Alkhidmat Foundation serves every sector of life and every class without division and it is also trying for the welfare of special people. She said that sacrificial meat will also be distributed among the deserving people at a large scale on Eid-ul-Azha.
She said service to humanity is in fact clear worship and added nobles and philanthropists should actively participate in such welfare works. She said sacrificial meat will be distributed among the deserving people so that those brothers and sisters who do not have the ability to sacrifice can also be included in the joy of Eid-ul-Azha.
