Iranian Embassy in Islamabad hosts memorial ceremony for martyred Iranian President, FM & other companions

ISLAMABAD, May 28 (SABAH): Iranian Embassy in Islamabad on Tuesday hosted a memorial ceremony for martyred Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi Foreign Minister Hussain Amir Abdollahian and other companions.

Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam in a statement said that today we hosted a memorial ceremony for our martyrs. “I extend my sincere gratitude to Government of Pakistan and people of Pakistan for their kind condolences and sympathy aftermath to the martyrdom of President Raisi, FM Hussain Amirabdollahian and other companions” the Iranian ambassador said in a statement issued on twitter.

While addressing the memorial, Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam said that Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi was martyred in a sensitive situation and it has impacted all the freedom loving people of the world. He said internally the blood of the martyr has infused a new vigor. He said that martyred Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi during his three-year long tenure as president moved forward while adopting support of the suppressed and especially o Gaza and Palestine as a guiding principle.
