APC organized by MYC pledges to fight for protection of democratic right of people & independent & free judiciary from all forms of pressure

ISLAMABAD, May 27 (SABAH): The All Parties Conference organized by Milli Yakjehti Council Pakistan has made it clear while rejecting the diplomatic solution of Palestine that Israel is an illegitimate state, recognizing it in any case will not be acceptable to the people. Belief of finality of prophet hood is our redline, there will be no compromise on this. Israel should be punished for war crimes.

A national grand conference of all partners should be organized to implement the decision of the Federal Shariat Court regarding Islamic economic system and usury, and an interest-free budget should be given.

APC was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Council President Sahibzada Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair. The APC was attended by MYC Secretary General Liaqat Baloch, Vice President Islami Tehreek Allama Arif Wahidi, Secretary General Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, Markazi Muslim League leader Qari Muhammad Yaqoob Sheikh, Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emir Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, MYC North Punjab President Dr. Tariq Saleem, MYC Sindh President Asadullah Bhutto Advocate and other leaders attended and addressed the APC.

The declaration has been issued by consensus. It has been 230 days since Israel’s barbaric bombing of Gaza, and forty thousand martyrdoms have occurred. Twenty seven thousand children and women are included in them and one lakh people are injured.

Hospitals and shelters have been destroyed by Israeli Zionists in Gaza. The court decision on the petition filed by South Africa in the International Court of Justice on this matter is historic. The United Nations has the responsibility to ensure the implementation of the decision. Israel should be punished for war crimes, if Israel refuses the decision of the International Court of Justice, its membership in the United Nations should be revoked, and economic sanctions should be imposed.

The Israeli Prime Minister, who is the murderer of forty thousand people, should be declared as an unwanted person in the world. The common position of the All Parties Conference is that Palestine belongs to the Palestinians, the freedom of Palestine is the right of the Palestinians, and they reject the proposals and statements of the diplomatic solution. Israel is an illegitimate state whose elimination is inevitable. In these circumstances, the leadership of the Islamic world reached the extremes of negligence and criminal negligence. The All-Parties Conference calls on the leadership of the Islamic world to take practical steps on the Gaza issue. The All-Parties Conference welcomes the decision by Ireland, Spain and Italy to recognize the Palestinian state. Israel is an illegitimate state and it will not be acceptable to the people to recognize it in any case for begging for debt.

Such a move will be a major setback for the Kashmir issue. The All Parties Conference has welcomed the grand philanthropic demonstrations of European and Western university students to express their solidarity with Palestine. May the world of Islam unite and free Kashmir and Palestine from oppression and oppression. The All Parties Conference appeals to Islamic movements and human rights organizations around the world to make May 31 and Eidul-Adha a historic day of solidarity with the Palestinians. In the joint statement, it has been said that the violence against the protesters in support of the Palestinians in Islamabad is condemned by the illegal trials and the brutal killing of two youths. The killers of the youth and the criminals who injured the protestors should be punished. The decision of the Federal Sharia Court against usury should be implemented and a National Grand Conference should be held on this issue. The economic conditions of the country are very bad. Inflation, unemployment, lawlessness and corruption have become a form of punishment for the country and the people. It is not possible to revive the national economy by getting help and spreading debt and usury.

Self-reliance on own resources is the only way out of crises. Following the western capitalist system has made the national economy harmful. The government should stop fighting Allah and His Messenger (SAW) and implement the decision of the Shariah Court to abolish usury.

Reason for the dominance of uncertainty, instability and dissatisfaction in the country is due to the deviation from the principles of Islam and the orders of the Quran and Sunnah and breaking the boundaries of the Constitution of Pakistan. Political stability is the key to national stability.

The government, the state institutions, the opposition and the civil-military establishment should realize their mistakes and abide by all the constitutional limits. The All Parties Conference pledges to fight for the protection of the democratic right of the people, an independent judiciary and free judiciary from all forms of pressure for the people to get justice.

The decision of the Mubarak Sani Qadiani case should be withdrawn in the Supreme Court. Leaders of 28 parties addressed the conference.
