MUZAFFARABAD, April 1 (SABAH): Chief of the Hizbul Mujahideen and Chairman United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has urged the government of Azad Kashmir to take serious issues of migrants of Kashmir and sort out them.

According to Spokesperson United Jihad Council Syed Sadaqat Hussain, these views were expressed by Syed Salahuddin Ahmed in a statement issued for media. Syed Salahuddin Ahmed stressed upon the government of Azad Kashmir that it should not take such decisions regarding settlement of migrants which create disappointment in the migrants.

He said on one side Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has issued domiciles to over 4 million Indian citizens to destroy Muslim identity of the state and on other side in Azad Kashmir, 8000 families are being deprived of domiciles and other facilities.

Syed Salahuddin Ahmed urged the government of Azad Kashmir to solve urgently the issues of resettlement, domiciles and rights of migrants’ colonies and provide them legal and constitutional cover. Migrants of Kashmir have given unmatched sacrifices for Kashmir freedom movement and still they are giving sacrifices in this regard.
