Whole opposition could become united on the point that Imran Khan has to go: Bilwal Bhutto


MUZAFFARGARH, Feb 11 (SABAH): Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that consensus could be evolved between the opposition parties on one point agenda that the resolution of problems of masses lies in sending Imran Khan home. Bilawal Bhutto said that the whole opposition could become united on the point that Imran Khan has to go and whichever step we could take for sending Imran Khan home, we should take. Bilawal Bhutto said that PPP has always adopted the same stance that every institution should work while remaining its limits. 

This Bilwal Bhutto said while talking to media persons in Sanawan area of Muzaffargarh District after offering fateha with former foreign minister and MNA Hina Rabbani Khar, MNA Raza Raza Rabbni Khan over the death of their father Malik Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar. Former governor Punjab Malik Ghulam Mustafa Khar was also present on the occasion. Opposition Leader in Senate and former prime minister Makhdoom Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, former governor Punjab Makhoom Syed Ahmed Mahmood and other PPP leaders were also present on the occasion.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the preparation and mobilization of PPP is continued from January for the 27th February long march and now we have reached at final stage. Bilwal Bhutto said that we will start our long march from Karachi on 27th February and while visiting the whole Sindh we will enter from Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab on 2nd March and while visiting the south Punjab we will reach Islamabad through GT Road.

Bilawal Bhutto said that PPP is trying to make the people understand that the destruction being committed on the name of change and the economic crisis created and economic murder of farmers and all segments of society is being committed. He said that inflation, poverty and unemployment have reached at the historic level. Bilawal Bhutto said that it is the responsibility of PPP to expose the incompetence and failure of the government in front of masses, adding that we will hold accountable the puppet selected system in form of Imran Khan imposed on the masses. He said that the masses confidence has lost by the current government and now the parliament’s confidence should also be withdrawn. He said that all the opposition parties have their separate manifestos and agenda but we all have to become united on one point agenda, adding that this is not my demand but demand of Pakistani masses. He said that consensus could be evolved between the opposition parties on one point agenda that the resolution of problems of masses lies in sending Imran Khan home.

Bilawal Bhutto said that PPP always resolved the problems of South Punjab, adding that the resolution of the problems of the farmers has always remained our priority. Bilawal Bhutto said that the whole opposition could become united on the point that Imran Khan has to go and whichever step we could take for sending Imran Khan home, we should take. Bilwal Bhutto said that it was his stance when the foundation of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) was laid and he has same stance when his party parted ways with PDM, adding that even today it is our stance that if we want to remove Imran Khan from office we should do this democratically and through tabling no-confidence motion.
