At least 18 persons killed & several others injured in different road accidents in Lasbela, Quetta, Mohmand & Daska

LASBELA/QUETTA/MOHMAND/DASKA, Feb 18 (SABAH): At least 18 persons were killed and several others injured in different road accidents in Lasbela, Quetta, Mohmand and Daska on Sunday.  

According to rescue officials five passengers were killed and several others were injured in the result of a collision between the two passenger buses on Kanday Wari area of Lasbela on Coastal Highway. The dead bodies and injured have been shifted to the district headquarters hospital. Some injured passengers are in critical condition. According to police Javed Coach was traveling to Gwadar from Karachi and Al-Mumtaz Coach was traveling to Karachi from Gwadar.

Meanwhile three persons were killed in a collision between a motor cycle and a car at Airport Road in Quetta on Sunday. Rescue team shifted the dead bodies to a nearby hospital.

Meanwhile five persons were killed and one was seriously injured in result of the collision between a passenger bus and a car in Qayyumabad area of Safi sub-district in Mohmand district of Khyber Pakhtunkwah. The rescue teams shifted the dead bodies and injured person to Galanai hospital.

Meanwhile initially four persons were killed and one was injured when a speedy car collided with the divider in Daska on Sunday. According to the details the accident occurred at Adamkay Cheema Stop when the car collided with the divider. The killed persons were identified as 20 years old Bilal, 20 years old Maaz, 22 years old Haifz Danish and 24 years old Talha residents of Rustam Road Daska. Later on the injured 21 years old Ahsan resident of Mandeeki Goraya succumb to injuries in the hospital.

All the friends were returning back while attending a marriage ceremony. Rescue 1122 officials shifted the dead bodies to Civil Hospital Daska.
