Under Alkhidmat Foundation’s adventure club, seminar on role of traffic laws in safe tourism held

LAHORE, Feb 01 (SABAH): Under Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan’s adventure club, seminar on the role of traffic laws in the safe tourism was held.

In the seminar, Naib President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Ahmed Mangat, Secretary Emergency Services Punjab Dr. Rizwan Naseer, SSP Sector Commander Abdur Razaq, Education Wing Head City Traffic Police Fehmida Zeeshan, noted mountaineer Kamal Haider, representative of students community Usman Sadiq, Executive Director Khubaib Bilal, Deputy Director of Alkhidmat Adventure Club Mokaram Tareen, Motorway Police, Rescue 1122, motorcyclist community and people from several walks of life participated.

Addressing the seminar, Dr. Mushtaq Mangat said that purpose of the program is to promote tourism in Pakistan and create awareness about the traffic laws. He said that tourism plays very important role in human life and leaves positive impact on human attitude and psyche. He further said if during the tourism traffic laws are not followed then accidents occur which is why “we should follow traffic laws and persuade others in this regard.”

On this occasion, Dr. Rizwan Naseer said that if you want to check discipline of any country then check its traffic system. “If some accident occurs we term it our fate while we need to review those reasons due to which accident has occurred,” he said.

He said, “We should inculcate awareness about traffic laws among people.” At last he appreciated the efforts of Alkhidmat Foundation regarding tourism. He also thanked for being invited in the seminar.
