February 8 is day of rectifying mistakes committed by the nation: Sirajul Haq

LAHORE, Jan 21 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that February 8 is the day of rectifying mistakes committed by the nation. He said by stamping on “scale,” the country could be saved from incompetent and unable aristocracy.

Sirajul Haq expressed these views while addressing the public gatherings and rallies at Sakhakot, Mardan, Lower Dir and Taxila. On this occasion, Maulana Dr. Ataur Rehman candidate from NA-21, Aaqib Ismail NA-23, Maulana Jamaluddin candidate from NA-9 and candidate PK-24 Rizwan Ullah were also present.

Emir Jamaat-e-Islami said there is a competition between already tested rulers and honest leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami. He said every individual is suffering from inflation in the country and added former three political parties had failed as during their tenures Pakistan did not develop but traveled to failure.

These three parties inclined to slavery of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and believe in revenge from the people while Jamaat-e-Islami only believes in slavery of Almighty Allah and service of the nation, he said.  Now only Jamaat-e-Islami is the solution to all the crises being faced by the country, he added.

He further said February 8 is the day of rectifying mistakes committed by the nation, adding by stamping on “scale,” the country could be saved from incompetent and unable aristocracy. He said that scale is guarantee of peace, justice and prosperity.

Sirajul Haq said that people are suffering from inflation and anarchy in the country and added everything including edibles, electricity, gas, water bills, petrol LPG and fertilizers have become out of reach of common person. The country’s economy is on the verge of collapse, he added.

He said that crime rate has increased due to unemployment in the country. If Jamaat-e-Islami is voted to power, it will end unemployment, inflation and corruption while introducing reforms in bureaucracy, police and justice system, he said. After coming into power, Jamaat-e-Islami will abolish non-development funds, he added.

Sirajul Haq maintained that savings would be spent on the sponsorship of orphans and crippled individuals of the country. He said the unemployed youth would be given jobs and education would be promoted. While putting an end to the interest system the economy of the country would be run on Islamic rules, he said. He noted the nation is suffering due to ‘false and fabricated’ claims made by the former rulers as these people have nothing with regards to showing their performance.
