Funeral prayer of martyred Captain Dr. Bilal Khalil offered in Faisalabad
FAISALABAD/LAHORE, Feb 04 (SABAH): Funeral prayer of the martyred Captain Dr. Bilal Khalil who fought valiantly during the terrorist attack in Noshki district of Balochistan on Thursday was offered in Faisalabad. The Funeral prayer was offered at the cemetery of Green View Colony, Faisalabad and later on was buried in the same graveyard.
Funeral prayer was attended by Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad, Pakistan Army and Police officers, political leaders and social figures and a large number of citizens. Prayers were offered for the elevation of ranks of the martyred.
Participants in the funeral prayer also chanted slogans of Allah o Akbar and a smartly turned contingent of Pakistan Army also presented guard of honor to the body of martyred Captain Dr. Bilal Khalil.
Meanwhile Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that her prayers were with all the officers and men who were fighting the wave of terrorism in Balochistan. “May Allah, the Exalted, raise the ranks of the sons who were martyred for the sake of the beloved homeland and grant patience to the survivors”, she prayed.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif expressed these views in her statement released on Twitter on Friday. Maryam Nawaz Sharif added that the incompetent and failed government was no less dangerous for Pakistan than terrorism.
