Govt ministers in enmity with Nawaz Sharif, term prominent Kashmiri Dr. Fayaz Shawl as Indian

ISLAMABAD, Feb 02 (SABAH): The government ministers in enmity with former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, have termed prominent Kashmiri Dr. Fayaz Shawl as Indian. The Kashmiri circles have strongly reacted to the statements of the government ministers.

It is worth mentioning here that Nawaz Sharif’s latest medical report was submitted in the Lahore High Court on Tuesday. The report was prepared by Director of Interventional Cardiology at Adventist Healthcare, White Oak Medical center, Silver Spring – Maryland, USA as well as clinical Professor of Medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, Dr. Fayaz Shawl.

The government ministers while terming the report as fake had said that this report has been prepared by Indian doctor.

The Kashmiri circles while strongly reacting to the statements of the government ministers and spokespersons have said that in enmity of Nawaz Sharif, while terming the prominent Kashmiri cardiologist Dr. Fayaz as Indian is condemnable. It is worth mentioning here that Dr. Fayaz Shawl had secured medical degree from Kashmir Medical College in 1972. In 1977 Dr. Fayaz Shawl moved to United Nations, where he completed his cardiology fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC in 1981.
