Sardar Masood Khan’s agre’ment as Ambassador of Pakistan to United States is being processed in US system: FO Spokesperson


ISLAMABAD, Feb 01 (SABAH): Foreign Office Spokesperson Asim Iftikhar Ahmad while responding to a question regarding the reports carried by Indian media on Government of Pakistan’s decision to appoint Sardar Masood Khan as Pakistan’s Ambassador to United States, said that this is a part of the wider Indian disinformation campaign to malign Pakistan and those who represent Pakistan, by using fake news to make scandalous claims and baseless allegations.

The FO Spokesperson further noted that Ambassador Masood Khan is a highly accomplished diplomat with 40 years of experience in both multilateral and bilateral diplomacy. His Agre’ment as Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States is being processed in US system, Asim Iftikhar Ahmed said.
