Shaukat Fayyaz Ahmed Tarin’s resignation accepted as Senator by Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani  

DUBAI/ISLAMABAD, Dec 10 (SABAH): Chairman Senate Mir Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has accepted the resignation of the former finance minister for finance and revenue Shaukat Fayyaz Ahmed Tarin’s as a member of the Senate of Pakistan on Sunday.

According to the statement issued by Senate Secretariat on Sunday, Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani arrived in Dubai from Iraq where Shaukat Tarin.

Shaukat Tarin submitted his resignation to the Chairman Senate in the meeting, which was accepted by him. It is worth mentioning here that Shaukat Tarin had announced to quit Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and politics few days ago and also had announced to resign as senator.
