A grand program in context of international day of volunteers was held under Alkhidmat Foundation

LAHORE, Dec 5 (SABAH): Under Alkhidmat Foundation, a grand program in
context of international day of volunteers was held wherein hundreds of
volunteers had planted 16,000 plants.

Motif behind the program was to celebrate the international day of
volunteers and inculcate awareness among them.

In the program acting secretary general of Alkhidmat Foundation Dr Mushtaq
Mangat, National Director of Alkhidmat Disaster Management Program Fazal
Mehmood, senior managers Nisar Ahmed, Abdullah Muhsin, heads of
educational institutions, men, women, students and people from all circles of
life participated.

On this occasion, Dr Mushtaq Mangat said today program of Alkhidmat Mega
Plantation Drive has been termed international day of volunteers. He
congratulated the volunteers and admired their work and added our
volunteers are our power which is why we pay tributes to them.

He said that these volunteers always stood with them and actively
performed their work. Dr Mushtaq Ahmed Mangat said this is our last
plantation drive of this year and added in the coming year, we will do this
work more excitedly.
