Pakistan is ruled by 40 thieves instead of political parties: Amirul Azeem

RAWALPINDI, Jan 26 (SABAH): Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Amirul Azeem has said that Pakistan is ruled by 40 thieves instead of the political parties, which are used to elect the new Ali Baba every time and impose on the nation on the unseen directions. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami will stage 101 sit-ins for the resolution of the problems of masses and against the tyrant system. He said that the process of staging sit-ins will start from 6th February at tehsil, provincial, national constituencies and district headquarters, adding that planning in this regard has been completed. He said that Islamabad sit-in going to be staged in March will be enough to unnerve the government.

This was stated by Amirul Azeem while addressing the press conference at the Syed Maududi Building in Rawalpindi after attending Jamaat-e-Islami North Punjab provincial party meeting. He said that Imran Khan is unable to run the government, adding that it is better for Imran Khan to quit the government.

Amirul Azeem said that the vote of the masses is buried in the ballot box, adding that our struggle is not against any single party or government but our struggle is against the tyrant system which protects the palaces of the elite and destroys the hut of the poor. He said that tyrant landlords and corrupt investors who hold the flags of different parties and become part of every government could not resolve the problems of the masses. He said JI is the ray of hope for the nation. He said that instead of given narrative on education, health and employment issues, JI is practically rendering services in these fields. Amirul Azeem said that we are providing education facilities for hundreds and thousands of students instead of limited resources, adding that including Aghosh a comprehensive system is present to look after the orphan children at their homes.

Amirul Azeem said that millions of people are benefiting from thousands of hospitals, basic health units and diagnostic centers, adding that clean drinking water is also a big problem of Pakistani masses. He said that JI through water filtration plants is providing clean drinking water to masses. He said that during coronavirus pandemic the workers of JI presented services while sacrificing their lives. He said that if JI could render a lot of services in limited resources then we certainly are capable to resolve the problems of masses with government resources.

On the occasion Provincial JI Emir Dr. Tariq Saleem, Provincial Secretary General Iqbal Khan, Provincial Naib Emir Hafiz Tanveer Ahmed, provincial deputy secretary general Rasal Khan Babar, Qazi Muhammad Jameel, central media coordinator S.A.
