No action is being taken against legally residing refugees: Sarfraz Bugti

ISLAMABAD, Oct 30 (SABAH): Canada’s Immigration and Refugees Minister Mark Miller had a telephone conversation with Interior Minister Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Kahn Bugti.

Both ministers agreed to further strengthen bilateral relations. Mark Miller thanked the Interior Minister for allowing and facilitating the transfer of Afghan refugees to Canada from Pakistan.

The transfer of Afghan refugees to Canada continues through various flights.

Canadian Minister of Immigration Mark Miller’s invitation to the Minister of Interior to visit Canada. Pakistan has hosted Afghan refugees for decades, the interior minister said.

No action is being taken against legally residing refugees, the Interior Minister said.
