President Dr. Arif Alvi appoints Justice Irfan Saadat Khan as Acting CJ SHC
ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (SABAH): President Dr. Arif Alvi has appointed Puisne judge of the Sindh High Court Justice Irfan Saadat Khan as acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
The President approved the appointment under Article 196 of the Constitution. The incumbent Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court Ahmed Ali Muhammad Sheikh is going to retire from his office on 2nd October (Monday) after reaching the constitutional age limit of 62 years.
