Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce delegation meets SAPM Mushaal Mullick
ISLAMABAD, Sep 13 (SABAH): Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Human Rights and Women Empowerment Mushaal Hussein Mullick and delegation of Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce decided to work together on the issue regarding women empowerment.
The delegation held meeting with the SAPM on HR and Women Empowerment under the leadership of President Rubina Amjad here on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the delegation expressed solidarity with Kashmiris and discussed the action plan regarding women empowerment.
They paid tributes to the Kashmiri brothers and sisters for their peaceful movement to break the shackles of Indian slavery and subjugation to long-denied freedom. During the meeting, they decided to work together regarding the women empowerment of women.
Speaking on the occasion, SAPM on HR and Women Empowerment said that the government was determined to resolve the Kashmir dispute as per the UN resolutions and aspirations of the people of the valley. Mushaal Mullick vowed that she would raise her voice against the brutal occupation and reign of terror unleashed on people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) at every forum.
Talking about women rights, she said that laws had been made for the empowerment of women so that women did not face harassment at the workplace and they could carry on their work more confidently. Senior Vice President Madam Tasgira Tajmal and Shahid Baloch were also part of the delegation.
