Under Alkhidmat Foundation, the foundation stone of ‘Alkhidmat Hospital Gujrat’ has been laid; project will cost Rs 200 million

GUJRAT, August 30 (SABAH): Under the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, the foundation stone of the “Alkhidmat Hospital Gujrat” has been laid. The project will cost Rs 200 million.

In this connection a simple but splendid ceremony was held. President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, Vice Presidents of Alkhidmat Foundation Muhammad Abdul Shakoor, Syed Ihsan Ullah Waqas, Jamaat-e-Islami North Punjab Emir Dr. Tariq Saleem, CEO Asif Hospital Gujrat Dr. Muhammad Yousuf, a large number of people, philanthropists, civil society groups and office bearers of Alkhidamt Foundation attended the ceremony. This hospital will be constructed on two and half canal land and it will be a best hospital of its nature. This project will cost nearly Rs 200 million. This hospital will consist of 50 beds and this hospital will have mother and child, eye, dental and OPD facilities.

While addressing the ceremony Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that Alkhidmat Foundation is making all out efforts for providing latest health facilities to the people in whole country. He said that we are doing all this work for the welfare of the people and for securing the blessings of Almighty Allah. Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman informed that Alkhidmat is providing treatment facilities to over 10 million patients in one year.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor on the occasion said that this is not only the foundation stone of the hospital but it is the process of distribute the virtues, adding that the service of the people is our manifesto. Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that it is our effort to improve planning and management in our institutions and for this purpose our whole team is working day and night.

On the occasion Dr. Muhammad Yousuf while paying tribute to Alkhidmat Foundation said that the services of Alkhidmat Foundation for humanity are exemplary. The other speakers also addressed the ceremony.
