Shaheed Sheikh Abdul Aziz was a man of honesty & integrity: Mehmood Ahmed Saghar

ISLAMABAD, August 10 (SABAH): Convener All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mehmood Ahmed Saghar has paid glowing tributes to Shaheed Sheikh Abdul Aziz on his martyrdom anniversary.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar said, “The struggle and sacrifices of Shaheed-e-Azeemat Sheikh Abdul Aziz is an unforgettable and glowing chapter of our history”. The martyred leader’s mission and his proud legacy, he said, would continue to inspire the coming generations who believe in freedom and justice.

Highlighting the sacrifices of the martyred leader, the APHC leader said, “Sheikh Sahib was a man of honesty and integrity, he always remained ready to sacrifice even his life for the sacred cause. He proved this by facing the bullets while leading a historic march towards Muzzafarabad 11th of August 2008″.

He said that the best way to pay tributes to Kashmiri leader was to remain steadfast in our resolve and take the ongoing movement to its logical end.
