PM Shehbaz offers condolences to President Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nayhan on the sad demise of his brother

ABU DHABI, July 28 (SABAH): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif offered condolences to His Highness President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the sad demise of his brother His Highness Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, in Abu Dhabi on Friday.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif was accompanied by Federal Minister for Finance Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Syed Tariq Fatemi and Ambassador of Pakistan to UAE Faisal Niaz Tirmizi.

The Prime Minister conveyed the profound sympathies and condolences of the leadership, Government and people of Pakistan to the president of UAE on his brother’s demise, which was received with great warmth by His Highness Shiekh Muhammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

Pakistan and the UAE are bound by close fraternal ties. His Highness Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was a sincere friend of Pakistan. His invaluable contributions will be long remembered by the Government and the people of Pakistan.

Earlier on Friday Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif reached Abu Dhabi on a day-long visit to the United Arab Emirates.

Pakistan’s Ambassador in the UAE, senior UAE officials, and members of the Pakistan’s Embassy in Abu Dhabi received the Prime Minister at the airport.
