Indian terrorism in occupied Kashmir, another four youth martyred in Poonch district
SRINAGAR, July 18 (SABAH): Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred four more youth in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), on Tuesday, raising the toll to six during the past 24 hours.
The youth were martyred by the troops during a violent cordon and search operation in Surankote area of the district.
Indian army has sieged a number of areas of Poonch continuously and many Kashmiri youth were arrested. In South Kashmir, many homes were raided.
Indian occupational forces were continuing their army operation in Poonch where in four more youth have been martyred. Indian army martyred these youth during the search and siege.
Indian troops in their act of state terrorism martyred two youth in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Monday last.
The youth were martyred by the troops during a violent cordon and search operation in Poonch district.
An Indian army spokesperson in Jammu, Lt Col Suneel Bartwal in a statement said that the army launched “Operation Bahadur” in the intervening night of Sunday and Monday in the Poonch sector area.
The operation, the spokesperson said, was launched by the Indian army along with Indian police.
The operation was launched by the Indian army on Monday last and was in progress till the last reports received.
On Monday, the troops had martyred two youth during the operation in the general area of Poonch district.
The State Investigation Agency (SIA) along with Indian paramilitary and police personnel raided several houses in three districts of South Kashmir in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The personnel of State Investigation Agency, Indian paramilitary and police raided and searched the houses in Chakoora and Shirmal area of Shopian, Qaimoh area of Kulgam and main town Islamabad in South Kashmir.
