July 13 incident cornerstone of ongoing freedom struggle: DFP

SRINAGAR, July 12 (SABAH): Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has paid rich tributes to July 13 martyrs.

In a statement issued here on Wednesday, the DFP spokesman while recalling the supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs said that the valiant struggle of Kashmiris against despotic Dogra Maharaja was a cornerstone of the ongoing struggle for right to self-determination.

Reiterating Kashmiri’ resolve to carry forward the mission of martyrs he said that the Kashmiri youth who have taken the mantle of resistance were fully determined to take the ongoing struggle to its logical conclusion.

Stressing the need for an early and amicable solution of Kashmir dispute the spokesman said that a just and equitable solution of the lingering dispute was essentially imperative to ensure durable peace besides putting an end to looming, ever-present threat of nuclear war between the South Asian nuclear neighbors (India-Pakistan).
