Politicians can take out ways for sorting out issues of country: Liaqat Baloch
LAHORE, Mar 30 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami and Political Affairs Committee President, Liaqat Baloch has said that at present politics, state, government and democracy was facing worst crises and only politicians can take out ways for sorting out issues of the country.
Liaqat Baloch expressed these views while talking to several delegations including religious scholars at Mansoorah on Thursday. He further said according to commandment of Almighty Allah his orders must be obeyed in individual, social and state affairs as violations from his orders bring disorder and anarchy. He further said that the holy month of Ramazan cements the relations of unity, discipline and national harmony among the Muslim Ummah, adding obeying the religious teachings is obligatory on Muslims.
Liaqat Baloch said that supremacy of religion of Islam is the only solution of the current issues and added that attachment of millions of devotees with mosques and monasteries has a tangible potential. He further said that religious scholars can play a vital role in connection with dealing with the issues of anarchy and law and order situation in the country.
He said that amelioration and guidance of distressed humanity and upset human beings was the need of hour and noted that the philanthropists were playing a vital role in services like providing dawn meal (sehri) and evening meal (aftaar). In the Ummah, he remarked such people portray their affection for the Holy Prophet (SAW), sensibility and wakefulness and continued that Ramazan is the month of sympathies among the human beings. He added politics, state, government and democracy was facing worst crises and only politicians can take out ways for sorting out issues of the country.
Expressing his serious concerns, Liaqat Baloch stated the judiciary has been thrown in the worst crises erupted in the form of divisions into its tires in the recent days and stressed upon the national leadership to put aside their egos and stubbornness by focusing on the national dialogue. He suggested the chief justice to give preferential treatment full court on constitutional, political and political issues.
