5th batch of girl students under Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing Trust Lahore completes computer course
LAHORE, Feb 22 (SABAH): Education Programme Manager of Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing Trust Lahore, Sumera Chapra has said that current era is the era of computer and Information Technology. She said that Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing was imparting computer short courses to the deserving girls so that they could earn a respectable livelihood while sitting at homes as well as out of homes.
Sumera Chapra expressed these views while addressing the girls of 5th batch who had recently completed computer short courses under Alkhidmat Foundation. On this occasion, certificates were distributed among those girls who completed the courses.
Sumera Chapra said that Alkhidmat Foundation was equipping the women with technical education in the different departments including computer and sewing and embroidery so that they could support their families after acquiring professional education and play a role of independent individuals of the society.
She said that most of women of four batches who already completed computer courses were doing their jobs and expressed her optimism that practice will be continued.
