FM Bilawal receives Adama Bictogo, Speaker of the National Assembly of Cote d’Ivoire


ISLAMABAD, Feb 15 (SABAH): Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari received Adama Bictogo, Speaker of the National Assembly of Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday.

They exchanged views pertaining to cooperation in multilateral fields based on mutual interest including parliamentary relations, OIC, African Union and cooperation in the trade sector.

The Foreign Minister said Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Ivory Coast and is desirous of further strengthening these ties.

The meeting focused on further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, especially commercial ties. Multilateral issues of mutual interests were also discussed.

20Meanwhile Director General IAEA Rafael Mariano Grossi held a meeting with Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Islamabad on Wednesday and discussed matters of mutual interest.

The Foreign Minister emphasized the use of atomic energy in the areas of health, agriculture, industries and electricity. The DG IAEA commended Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities.
