Muhammad Abdul Shakoor stresses upon PIMA to send doctors for the help of Afghan people facing difficult situation

ISLAMABAD, Dec 13 (SABAH): President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Muhammad Abdul Shakoor has stressed upon Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) to send doctors for the help of Afghan people facing difficult situation.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor attended the Central Executive committee meeting of the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) in Islamabad.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that the delegations of doctors’ from big and important cities of Pakistan should visit Afghanistan. He said that Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) and Alkhidmat Foundation should become the facilitator for the needy critical patients in Pakistan’s important hospitals. He said that the joint efforts should be made for supply of necessary and important medicines.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that PIMA is a prominent and prestigious institution of doctors in Pakistan. He said that with its strong ideological basis, this institution is also playing an effective role in the medical field.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that in emergency and during calamities, the people linked with PIMA reach for the help of affectees while suspending their daily routine engagements. Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that he attended the Central Executive Committee meeting of the PIMA in Islamabad on the invitation of President of PIMA and prominent surgeon Dr. Khubaib Shahid. He said that the purpose of attending the meeting was to evaluate the deteriorating health facilities in neighboring country Afghanistan and efforts should be speed up to help the Afghan brethren. Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that he also gave suggestions for moving forward the thinking and practical actions. He said that this kind of other suggestions also came under discussion.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said the brightness of the eyes of the responsible of PIMA was telling that they will not leave any stone unturned for the help of the Afghan brethren. He said that Allama Iqbal had said “Afghan Baqi Kohsar Baqi, Alhukmo Lillah e Wal Mulko Lillah he”.
