Syed Salahuddin pays rich tributes to Dr. Saifullah Mir on the first anniversary of his martyrdom

MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 01 (SABAH): Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Chief Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has paid rich tributes to Dr. Saifullah Mir on the first anniversary of his martyrdom.

It is worth mentioning here that Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Operational Commander Dr. Saifullah Mir alias Ghazi Haider was martyred in a clash with Indian forces on November 1, 2020 in Srinagar.

While addressing a meeting of Hizb Command Council on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. Saifullah Mir, Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that the martyrdom of Dr. Saifullah Mir was a very painful event but martyrdoms are an integral part of the goal we have set for ourselves.

He said that Dr. Saifullah Mir, a highly educated young man, preferred to join the ranks of the party on October 8, 2014, despite the opportunities to reap worldly financial benefits. He played a key role in strengthening the ranks of Mujahideen in the most difficult circumstances. He provided not only military but also mental and intellectual training to the Mujahideen, with the result that despite the presence of more than 900,000 modern Indian armed forces, the unarmed Mujahideen deprived them of their sleep.

The meeting paid homage to Dr. Saifullah Mir on the first anniversary of his martyrdom. We are saddened by his separation but we are also sure that this holy blood will not go in vain. Hundreds of Saifullahs have been born with every drop of blood of Dr. Saifullah Mir and will continue to be born till the attainment of independence.
