Newly nominated CJCSC Gen. Sahir Shamshad Mirza & newly nominated COAS Gen. Syed Asim Munir separately call on PM Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD, Nov 24, (SABAH): Newly nominated Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and newly nominated Chief of Army the Staff (COAS) General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah separately called on Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah and expressed well wishes for them regarding their new responsibilities.

PM Shehbaz Sharif while interacting with them said that in your leadership the armed forces will deal with the challenges posed to the national security in well manner and will continue to play pivotal role in eliminating the menace of terrorism from the country.
