Supreme Court fixed contempt of court case against ex-PM Imran Khan


ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (SABAH): The Supreme Court Monday fixed a contempt of court case against former prime minister and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan for hearing on November 2.

A five-member larger bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan will hear the case.

Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Yahya Afridi were included in the bench. Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi will also be a part of the larger bench.

The court issued notices to the additional attorney general and other parties in this regard.
