Nawaz Sharif returning back to Pakistan: Mian Javed Latif
ISLAMABAD, Sep 24 (SABAH): Federal Minister and PML-N’s Vice President Mian Javed Latif has claimed that former premier and PML-N supremo Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is going to return back to Pakistan.
Mian Javed Latif said this during in an interview with a private TV channel. He said that Nawaz Sharif would have returned back to the country too earlier if obstacles would have not been erected in his way back, adding contrary to it, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan is enjoying all the facilitation.
He said in 2018, Imran Khan became the prime minister of Pakistan through putting forth requests, adding now he is again demanding and wishing to regain that support. “It is very simple if he does not demand of such support and claims to be revolutionary then why he mentions the appointment of November once and again,” Mian Javed Latif posed a question.
“The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) announced its verdict against Imran Khan in foreign funding case after passage of eight years and now people as well as I ask a question that will it take further eight years to implement this verdict,” he questioned. He said the current government is a national government and continued it becomes easy to run the affairs of the country if a single party is ruling otherwise it becomes necessary to take along all the parties in one way or the other.
He said, “I talk what a party worker talks and which I talk in public the same I talk in the Cabinet. It is our national obligation that we are sacrificing our politics for the sake of State. God forbid if State needs us we will once and again sacrifice our politics.” He said, “If you would save politics then State will have to be sacrificed. PML-N records portray that the country always flourished in this party tenure.” He added in 2017, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was serving as PM while the country was prospering while today it is in worse condition and said, “Who did this with the country?”
PML-N stalwart maintained who nowadays are enquiring about prices of petrol, flour and dollar are actually ones who ruined the country’s economy and said, Imran Khan could not bring improvement anywhere; however, he further exacerbated the situation in four years.
