In past few years PML-N hasn’t lost a single seat of its own: Maryam Nawaz

LAHORE, July 19 (SABAH): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said that PML-N has gained big time. In many of these constituencies PML-N did not have a candidate in 2018.

While quoting the tweet on twitter on Tuesday, Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that from not finding a candidate to a neck to neck contest is massive improvement Alhamdolillah. She said that in past few years PML-N hasn’t lost a single seat of its own. In fact has snatched from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

It is worth mentioning here that a twitter user wrote on twitter that a very interesting aspect of this By-election is missed by many analysts. Although, both parties have gained more votes than in 2018, but PMLN bagged 39% more votes compare to PTI’s 32%. The reason for increased voting is new voters who have voted equally for both parties.
