Alkhidmat Foundation will arrange countrywide Qurbani Fi Sabeel Lillah during the current year: Amir Mahmood Cheema

LAHORE, June 17 (SABAH): The board meeting of Social Services Program of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan was held at the Alkhdimat Complex in Lahore.

The planning regarding the Alkhidmat Qurbani Fi Sabeel Lillah Project 2022 was presented in the meeting. National Director Alkhidmat Social Services Program Amir Mahmood Cheema while presenting the details said that during the current year the countrywide Qurbani Fi Sabeel Lillah will be arranged in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Karachi.

Amir Mahmood Cheema said that the whole record of booking of qurbani, the purchase of sacrificial animals, date and time of slaughter and donors reporting will be maintained through latest software. He said that print, electronic and social media campaign has been started vigorously for online booking of the qurbani inside and outside the country. For booking the qurbani, phone numbers, links and account numbers have also been issued on the official accounts of the Alkhidmat.

Senior Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Syed Ahsan Ullah Waqas on the occasion said that it is the confidence of the philanthropists present in whole world on the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan and also the untiring efforts of our volunteers that the people who are even unable to eat two time sufficient meals also eat the sacrificial meat.

General Manager Programs Hammad Butt, Senior Program Manager Farhan Khalid and other office-bearers were also present in the meeting. It is worth mentioning here that last year under the Alkhidmat Qurbani Project, 3951 cows and 1855 goats were sacrificed and over 0.212 million families benefited.
