Nexus of Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi & Farah Gogi gave favour to their dearest people in Punjab & at the federal level: Marriyum
ISLAMABAD, June 06 (SABAH): Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says national dialogue and charter of economy are need of the hour to put the country on right track.
While addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Monday, Marriyum Aurangzeb said through charter of economy and national dialogue, all the political parties and institutions should draw red line, not to be violated by any political party for its personal gains. She said that in charter of economy we have to draw redlines so that in future no one could dare to play with the economy of the country for gaining personal political interests.
The Minister said the previous rulers of PTI used powers for their personal interest. She said the office of Prime Minister was used for personal gains and to make humiliation of other people. She said that the pockets of the cartels and mafias were filled and pockets of the masses were emptied during the four years tenure of PTI. She said that it was not only the matter of watch of Toshah Khana and ring of Bushra Bibi.

She said if PTI wants elections then it should come to the National Assembly and tender resignations to the Speaker. She said that PTI wants new election but is not ready to quit the salaries and other privileges of National Assembly. She said that PTI is terming the current parliament as foreign conspiracy but did not want to resign from this very parliament. She said that new Pakistan was comprising of Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi and Farah Gogi, adding that these people looted the country with both hands. She said that 10 million jobs were not presented in new Pakistan and 5 million houses were also not provided in new Pakistan. Marriyum Aurangzeb said that prosperous and developing Pakistan was made poor but Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi and Farah Gogo become rich and interests of the country were sold on the rings and watches.
The Minister said the previous government destroyed all sectors of country in their four years and spoiled relations with all brotherly countries.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that PTI government has given Rs 3.29 billion advertisements during its four years tenure, adding that the PTI government did not make payment of these advertisements and now we are paying this money.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the government is resolving the problems of people and improving the economy and making efforts to provide employment opportunities to the youth. She said that Imran Khan has not submitted response in foreign funding case before the Election Commission of Pakistan from last eight years. She said that till today the sources of income of Imran Khan are unknown.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will chair the pre-budget business conference today (Tuesday).
Replying a question, Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the amendments made in the NAB Ordinance by current government will not affect the cases of PML-N pending in courts. She said that if Farah Gogi has not committed theft then why she has fled, adding that Farah Gogi should appear before the NAB and should present receipts and present response. She said that an application will also be submitted in NAB for action on the audio leaked on Sunday regarding ring. She said that we have given accountability of 40 years and these people should give accountability of four years.
About sacrilegious and derogatory remarks of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders against Prophet Muhammad Rasool Allah Khatam-un-Nabiyyin Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, she said such remarks are unacceptable and we strongly condemn it in strongest words. She said such remarks reflect extremist and ill mindset of the BJP.
