Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan will continue to serve indiscriminately: Muhammad Abdul Shakoor


ISLAMABAD, Nov 15 (SABAH): President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Muhammad Abdul Shakoor has said that Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan will continue to serve indiscriminately. He said that this year we have only organized program of Diwali at Sukkur; however I am going on visit again and I will visit more places too.

In an interview with a private TV channel, Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that we want that the Hindus, Sikhs and Christians feel proud that they decided to stay in Pakistan voluntarily and they are happy and the message should be sent to other people that there is brotherhood in Pakistan, adding that we want to participate in the happiness of the minorities and decrease the worries.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that we are supporting the minorities in educating their children and want to further support them, we want that the minorities should celebrate their religious festivals according to their faith and we should provide comfort to them and not sow thorns for them.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that every year they reach Sindh on the occasion of Diwali to distribute gifts among those people who have no resources to celebrate their religious festivals. He said that we distribute gifts among the people before Diwali so that they will have no problem on the occasion of exact day of celebrations.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that there are two things in our work; we want to participate in joy and grief of the minorities. He said that when there was blast in a Peshawar Church the team of Alkhidmat Foundation reached the incidence site and pick the bodies in ambulances and exported the dead bodes to their destinations with respect.

Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that my religion says that I have to distribute love among the minorities and decrease their sorrows and provide comfort to them so that they should feel that their neighbors and other people living in Pakistan are very good humans.
