At least eight killed, 12 injured in Abbottabad road accident

ABBOTTABAD/MURRREE, May 23 (SABAH): At least eight people died and 12 others injured in a collision of two tourist coasters in Khaira Gali near Donga Gali area of Abbottabad on Monday.

According to police, after the collision one coaster fell into a deep ravine. The injured and dead bodies have been shifted to Civil Hospital Murree.

According to eye witnesses, the incident occurred due to race between the two busses. Both the busses collided and as a result one of the bus fell into a ravine.

Meanwhile Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Hamza Shehbaz Sharif while expressing regret over the incident has summoned the report about the accident. Meanwhile emergency has been imposed in the hospitals of the Murree after the accident.
