It is imperative that the int’l community takes a stand against the ongoing violence & brutality in Gaza: Sehar Kamran
ISLAMABAD, Nov 29 (SABAH): Pakistan People’s Party leader and Member National Assembly Sehar Kamran has said that on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people, we stand united for their dignity, rights, and justice as they endure over 400 days of crisis.
In a statement issued on social media on Friday, Sehar Kamran said that with more than 43,000 lives lost—mostly women and children—and Gaza in ruins, the humanitarian crisis deepens with each passing day.
Sehar Kamran said that today, we remember and recognize that Palestinians have been fighting for human rights, peace, and justice for 76 years, calling for an end to apartheid and unlawful occupation. As the ICJ and UN call for action, we amplify the demand for an immediate ceasefire and an end to these injustices. Together, we honor the resilience of the Palestinian people and advocate for peace, justice and accountability.
ehar Kamran said that it is imperative that the international community takes a stand against the ongoing violence and brutality in Gaza. No one is above the law; the perpetrators must be brought to justice, she said.
