MOROCCO, Nov 15 (SABAH): Pakistan Navy’s PNS Moawin and ASLAT have visited Morocco’s port Casablanca. Upon arrival, the Moroccan Navy extended very warm welcome to the ships.
Mission Commander along with Commanding Officers of the ships met with Commander Center Maritime Sector and Commander Military Region of Casablanca.
During the meetings, matters of mutual interest and bilateral naval cooperation came under discussion.
Moroccan authorities acknowledged the sacrifices of Pakistan in war against terrorism. They also recognized role of Pakistan Navy in maritime security. Moroccan Naval officials also participated in a banquet, arranged at PNS Moawin.
Speaking on the occasion, the Mission Commander apprised the participants about the plight of people in occupied Kashmir and increasing atrocities of Indian occupation forces. At the end of the visit, ships of both the countries also participated in joint exercises.
